Every so often, an artist delivers a project that resonates deep within the personal constructs of the music we all typically love and have grown an admiration for. When this project came across our desks, we were completely mesmerised at its quality, both sonically and visually and the approach taken by its creator.

With his first solo project, Sascha Bachmann aka “HAND”, combines tape loops and moving images to create control with the fast, loud world we live in, forging space for emotions, self reflection, calmness, and also excitement. With this album HAND creates unique sounds, using his own heartbeat to bring them to life. Wideness, calmness and repetition are used in combination to deepen the music.
