After Tripeo’s standout LIVE performance at Andromeda Festival in Australia last month, we’re met with the long awaited remix packages from this years debut album Anipintiros. An album that we consider to be in our top 5 of 2014. The release comes spread over two packages, with a handpicked all star line up doing what they do best. The Release is set to drop at the end of January.

Anipintiros Reworks Part 1, sees James Ruskin, Exium and Mike Parker all contributing to the release. James Ruskinʼs rework recalls memories of early UK rave culture and early work by legendary label Warp. Exium has decided to mash up ʻAniʼ #5 and #8 into a whirlwind of industrial funk and sound design. Closing the first EP is Mike Parker, unleashing his signature hypnotic drones onto the acidic monster that is ʻAnipintirosʼ #7.

Blawan goes full throttle during his sonically destructive reconstruction of Ani #7. Not for the faint at heart. Ben Sims does what Ben Sims does best with his rework of Ani #5: over-driven grooves, acidic sequences kept together by the relentless tempo of a high-speed train. On closing duties we have the enigma that is Cadans. Still nobody knows which prolific Drum & Bass producer is behind this pseudonym and we have no intention to reveal that secret just yet. His skillful and highly detailed rework of Ani #1 shows him to be a master of his
art.
