On the back of the first instalment of the ‘Kn Transit’ video series, we’re moving forwards this month with the second segment. Stroboscopic Artefacts’ boss Luca Mortellaro, aka: LUCY, has been using his imprints platform to communicate some of the more honest attempts at manufacturing the impetus to contribute something meaningful to electronic music. Working alongside the likes of Xhin & Silent Servant, as well as releases across Chris Liebing’s CLR and Luke Slater’s Mote-Evolver, it really does support the hard work that encompasses the role of a label manager, as well as reinforce his position as frontline ocular soldier.

It’s so important to maintain a balance in your life to get into the rhythm of maintaining said success. There are people in this scene who ride of the back of the success of others without making a genuine effort to give something back, and it only really gets you so far. Lucy is certainly a really good example of someone who cements the ideology of returning something back to a scene that’s given so much. It’s more of a personal responsibility, if anything. Perhaps that’s why approaching the things that you care about most really does define the inspiration others attain from anything that’s done with your heart.
