April this year will see Romanian techno bod Cosmin TRG release ‘Gordian’, his second full length following the hugely admired ‘Simulat’ from August 2011, on Modeselektor’s influential 50 Weapons imprint. Now a singular voice in the global electronic conversation, Cosmin says the new album “describes the very contemporary, impossible task of discerning between real and replicated, authentic and contrived.” You can sample one of the tracks, ‘Noise Code’ with its subliminal frequencies and eerie minimal melodies on SoundCloud.
Of course, there will also be a tour to support the album release, taking in the most assured clubs in Europe, Asia, Japn, US and Australia.
